Stanford secured top spot in the Pacific Mountain South Women's D1 conference with an emphatic 26-5 win over Cal Saturday.
With the win Stanford is in place to compete for the CRAA D1 title. Speedster wing Journey Washingtonhigh scored two tries in the win to pace the Cardinal while No. 8 Kirsten Lee and flanker Jara Emtage Cave and also scored.

D1AA Spring Rankings Week 7
We are pretty well set in our rankings now until the national playoffs happen.
We could still see Florida State upset MAU, and shift things there, but right now it looks as though MAU and ARC will win their conferences.
At the 16-20 level we do have some changes ... changes that are probably overdue. Claremont Colleges comes in and that seems to be the right move.

Tour to Ireland a Special Event for KC Jr. Blues
The Kansas City Junior Blues are on tour in Ireland Irish Rugby Tours, taking their first international tour in 16 years.
The last time they were touring overseas, Eddie Cummings was the coach. Now his sone, Casey, is the coach and to be able to take the team overseas is a special moment for Casey.

After playing in three straight tournaments in which they finished fourth, the USA women's 7s team got over that particular hump with a solid Day Two in Vancouver to take 3rd.
