Boys School-Team Rankings Week 11

Well we have a new #1.

This was a tough call because, at least this week, Herriman didn't have a matchup that screamed "send us to #1!" Our other options were St. Ignatius, who won a game GRR watched and we came away thinking they needed something more; and St. Francis, who were dynamic and thrilling, but have also lost a couple of games this season.

D1AA Spring Rankings Week 7

We are pretty well set in our rankings now until the national playoffs happen.

We could still see Florida State upset MAU, and shift things there, but right now it looks as though MAU and ARC will win their conferences.

At the 16-20 level we do have some changes ... changes that are probably overdue. Claremont Colleges comes in and that seems to be the right move.

Eagle Women Claim Elusive Podium Finish With Emphatic Win

After playing in three straight tournaments in which they finished fourth, the USA women's 7s team got over that particular hump with a solid Day Two in Vancouver to take 3rd.

USA Head Coach Emilie Bydwell and captain Kristi Kirshe had, this week, discussed the issue of going 0-2 on Day Two and how that was something they wanted to avoid.
