Men’s Division 1AA (D1AA) represents a highly competitive tier of collegiate rugby in the United States, featuring programs governed by both National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) and the College Rugby Association of America (CRAA). It serves as a bridge between elite Division I play and developing Division II or Small College levels, offering strong regional competition and a pathway to national championships under each organization’s structure. AIC Downs Mass to go 6-0
American International College moved to 6-0 in the ECRC Thursday with an impressive 45-15 defeat of UMass.
The Minutemen went into this game 2-1 and playing some solid rugby, but an athletic and nicely-clicking Yellowjacket squad hit them for two tries in the opening 16 minutes and cruised from there.
