The Friendship Cup is back for its third itteration, with games set for April 2 to 4, 2027.

The Friendship Cup is a series of matches between top high school teams from around the country. There is no specific trophy, and no specific championship—this is designed to get good competition for each of these teams.

That's why you end up seeing very few teams go undefeated as they play four 40-minute games during the weekend.

The games will be live-streamed and representatives from USA Rugby's High Performance system will be in attendance.

College recruiters will also be there, while the exchange between the tournament and referees from the British Army Rugby Union will return for another year.

 

Spots remain for both the boys teams and the girls teams, although there is ore room for the girls teams.

  • American Fork Cavemen - 2X Utah State Champion; 5th Place HS Club National Championships
  • Central California Youth Rugby - Friendship Cup Debutants
  • Pendleton Rugby Club - 5X Defending Indiana State Champion
  • Raptor Rugby Club - 3X Defending Tennessee State Champion and 3rd at HS National Championships Tier 2
  • LaSalle Rugby Club - 2025 Pennsylvania State 7s Champions and Friendship Cup Debutants
  • Greer 76ers - 4X Defending South Carolina State Champion
  • SoCal Raptors - 2025 HS National Championships Tier 2 winners and Friendship Cup Debutants
  • Texas Grizzlies - New club out of Texas
  • Saint Louis Jets - Undefeated in Tier 2 2025 Friendship Cup
