The coaches of the Ivy League Men's Collegiate Rugby Conference have named their All-Conference picks.
As expected, undefeated conference champion Dartmouth dominates the selections, with nine players earning 1st-team all-conference nods. Three more Dartmouth players make the 2nd team, or Honorable Mention. Brown claims three 1st-team selections and Harvard two. The only 1st-team selection not from those teams is Columbia lock forward Jadrien Guy.
