The Syracuse University–Leinster Rugby partnership will continue to grow in 2026, with School of Excellence camps driving player development and recruitment and building on what they accomplished in 2025.

This year’s camps will take place at Georgetown Prep in Maryland, in Denver as part of a partnership with Rugby Colorado and Syracuse University. This expands the program’s national reach.

Players have attended School of Excellence camps from across the US, highlighting the growing reputation of the program.

At the heart of the School of Excellence is a player-first philosophy. Camps are built to deliver the best possible experience, combining challenge and fun in a supportive environment where players build confidence, make friends, and enjoy being part of a strong rugby community.

Athletes are introduced to elite standards, international rugby culture, and clear next steps, including opportunities to progress into the Syracuse University rugby program.

“The growth in the camps has been fantastic,” said Camp Director Colin O’Hare. “We challenge players while making sure they enjoy the journey. It’s about improvement, friendships, and feeling supported in a high-quality rugby environment.”

Exposure to Leinster’s philosophy continues to inspire ambition and belief.

“We’re very excited about where the camps are heading in 2026,” O’Hare added.
