Something New and Something Classic in NCR D1AA Semis

It seems like we have something new and something classic in the NCR D1AA semifinals.

Something classic would be Louisville vs Bowling Green, which features two teams that play each other twice a year just about every year (once in regular MAC conference play and, usually, once in the MAC playoffs, generally the final).

The final four in NCR’s D1AA is set and we will have a new champion; only one of lst year's semifinalists returns.

Atlanta and Butler, Pa. play host to the D1AA quarterfinals and we still don't know who will move on.

NCR D1AA Playoff Teams Decided

Texas A&M defeated Sam Houston State 34-24 to win the Lonestar Conference, but both of those teams are already in the NCR playoffs.

The victory for Texas A&M, however, ensured them a week off before the quarterfinals on November 22.
