MARC—The Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference operates as a regional competitive Collegiate Rugby organization in conjunction with National Collegiate Rugby (NCR), and USA Rugby. MARC administers over 80 Collegiate and University rugby programs, and over 3,000 student-athletes, in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, DC. A complete listing of member institutions can be found on the contacts page or within the men's and women's competition pages. The MARC administers D1AA, D2, and D3 Men’s, and D2 and D3 Women’s competitive collegiate rugby programs. Our men's and women's programs are currently members of National Collegiate Rugby (NCR). All member teams are guided by USA Rugby or NCR Certified Coaching Staff. Our competitive structure follows the NCAA varsity sports model,with defined regional playoff pathways to National Championship competitions.

Around Men's D2 College Rugby: GMW, Northern Lights, NEWCRC, MARC

Scores are coming in this Men's DII College weekend and some major ramifications are underway.

Maine defeated Vermont 27-20 in the NEWCRC. Led by 22 points from Shea Wagner, who scored three tries and added two conversions and a penalty, the Black Bears put themselves in excellent position to win the conference.

Big Wins for Bloomsburg, Villanova in the MARC

Bloomsburg laid down a bit of a marker this weekend, beating rivals Bucknell to perhaps stake their claim as one of the top Men’s DII college teams in the MARC.

Bloomsburg took the game 26-17 in a game that was a battle through all 80 minutes.

Bucknell, Scranton Lead MARC D2 North

Bucknell and Scranton moved to 2-0 in the MARC D2 North after wins over the weekend.

Neither of these teams is all that separated from the rest of the conference as Villanova and Bloomsburg are both at 1-0 and right behind them.

Scranton moved to 2-0 by beating East Stroudsburg 81-12.
