Close Games Cap NCR All-Star Weekend

Changed to a bracket format, the NCR All-Star tournament was, more than ever, a win-or-go-consolation situation.
So Saturday morning produced four all-or-something games.

Teams that lost on Saturday morning tracked to a consolation bracket, so there was still something to play for. All eight teams played three 60-minute games in the space of about 33 hours.

College Champions in 2025

Some time ago we at GRR World Headquarters posted a video mentioning that there were 31 national-level championships.

Well, that number has dropped a little of late, but we still have 28 competitions that, at the very least, the organization running it views it as a major championship.

Some are more all-encompassing than others. Some are more championship than others.

Franciscan Shines Brightly in NCR D3 Final

Rivals Franciscan and Slippery Rock wrapped up NCR's D3 season with a barnburner worthy of two heated rivals.

There's a lot of respect between the two teams, who split their first two games and finished 1st and 2nd in the Allegheny Conference. Slippery Rock came in as conference champs, but it was anyone's game.
