D1AA Spring Rankings Week 6
We skipped last week but we're back now with the latest D1AA Rankings.
Yes WWU lost, but to a very good Trinity Western team out of British Columbia.
The February 28 result that had the most influence on the rankings was Oregon beating Central Washington, and that result moves the Ducks up a bit.
D1A Rankings for 2025-26 Week 23
Lindenwood's razor-thin win over Life is enough to put the Lions ahead of the Running Eagles, but, of course, it's close.
But it's worth remembering that the Lindenwood victory was on the road, which carries a bit more weight. Lindenwood might have bumped up to #3 or #2, but Saint Mary's did very well in winning over Cal Poly, so they hold onto #3.
D1AA Spring Rankings Week 4
We took last week off so we've got two weeks of results for this ranking.
Our biggest move is that USF has run into some mid-season issues and their timing is terrible because they lost big to the two strongest teams in the Florida Conference. There's a good chance that USF rebounds in March.
D1A Rankings for 2025-26 Week 21
In the end we don't have a ton of changes in this week's D1A Rankings because most results happened as expected.
We have #5 Lindenwood beating #8 Arkansas State 45-25 ... that's pretty much what you'd expect. San Diego beat Long Beach State, which was maybe a bit closer than expected. Cal won twice.
Where the Latest CRAA Power Rankings Differ with GRR
College Rugby Association of America (CRAA) has released its D1A Power Rankings for February.
We are starting to get into the meat of the pre-playoff season, and these rankings have a direct effect on playoff places and seedings. Goff Rugby Report's own D1A rankings are used, in part, to produce these rankings, but coach votes have a heavy influence, as well.
