Gonzaga, Doylestown Tops at Gonzaga Classic

Gonzaga hosted their Gonzaga Classic over the weekend, with the host team taking the Boys Varsity bracket, while Doylestown impressed in the Girls Varsity bracket and took the final.

Gonzaga College HS inducted their 2014-2016 teams, which won three state National Championships, into the Gonzaga Athletic Hall of Fame, so there were plenty of alumni watching the games.

Life Wins in Dramatic End for CRAA Women 7s

The CRAA Women’s Premier 7s continues to be the gold standard of level of play and while there were only nine teams in the competition, it was hugely competitive throughout.

In the end, Life University pushed aside some key player absences and an early loss to win the championship, beating Lindenwood in overtime.

Herriman Heats Up Snowy in Montana Invitational

Herriman won a chilly, snowy Montana Invitational in fairly convincing fashion Saturday, wrapping up a sweep of their four shortened matches.

The Mustangs split their squad a bit on Friday, beating Liberty 57-14 with one group and then shutting out Kahuku 24-0 with another.

CRC Men's Brackets—Three Birds and a Rock

Wheeling once again won the NCR CRC 7s Men’s Premier bracket, taking this trophy for the third time in a row.

The Cardinals edged Dartmouth 14-12 in the final, the fifth straight game for the Big Green that was decided by a try or less.
