Lake Effect Rugby Conference

The Lake Effect Rugby Conference is a regional men’s collegiate rugby league under the umbrella of National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) that serves small-college programs in western New York and surrounding areas. It offers a structured competitive environment for programs outside the largest schools, giving them regular schedule, standings, and a playoff pathway. Small-college is now D3.
