Since being established in 2011, the Southern Rugby Conference has consistently produced nationally-ranked programs (Top 25 in the nation). UNC-W and Furman University have both participated in the 15's Sweet 16 since joining the conference. The Citadel won the 2016 SRC 7's Championship to join the elite teams in the DII National 7's Tournament accompanied by UNC-W who were our conference runner-ups in 7's and 15's Champions.

In 2016 the SRC had three teams in the RugbyToday National Rankings.

Furman Looks for Strong Start as Southern Kicks Off

The Southern Rugby Conference begins with ten teams in action this weekend.

Furman Wins Southern Conference
