In the opener the HSAA team took on the defending World School 7s Champions the New Zealand Condors.

The Condors struck first but it was very slow going as the Americans made some key try-saving tackles—Lucas Lacamp and Peyton Wall logging some impressive defensive efforts.
Roadrunner 7s Brings HS 7s Teams From Arizona, Utah, Nevada
The Arizona Bobcats HS select side program is back with another running of the Roadrunner 7s in Phoenix.
The tournament, thanks in large part to Jessica Brandt, was a big success last year and as happened in 2018 it will include teams from Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
New York 7s: Who Looks Good In College And HS
The New York 7s is back for Thanksgiving Weekend with a long day of high-end 7s on Randall's Island in New York City.
The College and HS Brackets of the one-day tournament are, as usual, very strong. Here's a quick look:

Columbia Central Wins Tennessee Girls Fall 7s
The Rugby Tennessee girls fall season finished off this weekend in Memphis.
Columbia Central defeated Riverdale in the final and took the state championship. Columbia Central finished the fall 27-2 with a 121-21 points for and against.
Sophomore wing Azhinaye Barner (pictured) was named Tournament MVP.
Rugby NorCal Caps Girls Fall 7s
Rugby NorCal’s High School Girls Fall Sevens inaugural season concluded with championships on Saturday at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
After five weeks of exciting competition, 12 high school girls teams qualified for NorCal Cup and Bowl Championships.
