The Queens University of Charlotte men's rugby team earned its first win of the season, defeating Iowa Central Community College 21-15.

In the first competitive game for both teams, St. Bonaventure defeated Notre Dame College at NDC’s stadium 22-12 on Saturday.
Saint Mary's Over Central Washington
Saint Mary's opened up their season after more than a year away from competition, and beat a very strong Central Washington team 38-17 in Moraga, Saturday.
The Gaels ran out to a 26-0 lead, playing their characteristic wide open game. Wing Jonathan Hackett, wing Aiden Howe, fullback Erich Storti, and Howe again went over, with scrumhalf Karl Keane getting three conversions.
Cal Beats BYU In Opener For Bears
Berkeley, Calif. – In the first meeting of these two highly-regarded collegiate rugby programs since the 2016 Varsity Cup final, Cal defeated BYU 37-28 Saturday at Cal's Witter Rugby Field.
This was the first rugby game for Cal in almost 400 days, while BYU was coming off a tie with Central Washington and a defeat of Utah State.
