We're back with more top players from Men's DII College Rugby.
Here is the list of locks.
We have 18 picked for second row, which is a little lower than what you'd expect if the positions were distributed evenly, but it's not that much lower.
The player leading the way here is Ray Santiago. He may well be the top player in DII rugby.

We're into the forwards now with the top loose forwards of the Men's DII college season.
No. 8 is often a big position in these player recognition lists because they have to do so much and this is no exception.
But there's a variety of players here, attackers, defenders, ball hawks, lineout specialists. It's an exciting variety.
NCR Names Top Students Among Their Ranks
NCR has announced their "Scholastic All Americans" for the 2024-25 academic year.
Players who receive this recommendation must carry a 3.5 GPA and be rostered on their team for at least 50% of the matches or tournaments in a season.
