USA Rugby Pilots new Military College Eligibility Rule
BOULDER, Colo. (USA Rugby Release) – As reported on Goff Rugby Report in August, USA Rugby's Rugby Committee has approved amendments to the Collegiate Eligibility Regulations related to student-athletes and military service.
