Granite Bay On Tour to Scotland

It's touring time and a number of teams have opted for a trip overseas during their spring break.

One such team is ranite Bay out of Northern California, which is touring Scotland with Irish Rugby Tours (yes, IRT takes teams to places other than Ireland).

Boys School-Team Rankings Week 13

We still have some teams that have stopped their season remaining among the top rankings and that's because no one is grabbing that brass ring with emphasis.

Xavier's win at the Fairfield tournament is a good start for them, and BC High did well, so they could be poised.

St. Edward tied Notre Dame de la Salette and that's a big one for them.

Xavier rolled to a tournament win in three divisions.

Xavier Wins Northeast Jesuit tournament

Xavier HS of New York defeated all comers to win the Fairfield Prep-hosted Sunday.

In fact, Xavier fielded a team in the Premier, Varsity, and JV, and won all three.

The Knights kicked it off on Saturday with wins over Trumbull 27-14 and Boston College HS 19-15.

Eastside is now 3-0.

Eastside, Liberty Remain Atop Rugby Washington

Eastside and Liberty remain the top two teams in Rugby Washington's Boys HS league, but they had to work for it.

Eastside eked out a 14-13 decision over the Rainier Highlanders to go to 3-0.

Rainier held a 10-7 lead at halftime after taking control of the point of contact.

In the second half, flyhalf Kooper Tasler's penalty goal made it 13-7.
