Xavier HS of New York defeated all comers to win the Fairfield Prep-hosted Sunday.
In fact, Xavier fielded a team in the Premier, Varsity, and JV, and won all three.
The Knights kicked it off on Saturday with wins over Trumbull 27-14 and Boston College HS 19-15.
"Trumbull was a very good team," said Xavier Head Coach Greg Norris. "They are physical and their #13, Keane Horne, is an outstanding player. They came at us really hard."
Rob Milacci scored three tries in that victory for Xavier.
Then they took on BC High, which tested Xavier well.
"We started out really well but we kind of lost our way inthe second half," said Norris. "BC is a very good team and made it tough."
Fairfield Prep beat Staples HS in Round One 22-8 and then defeated Belmont HS 46-0 in the semifinals.
Sunday would see Trumbull HS beating the Fairfield Rugby in the Premier Plate, followed by the BC High Eagles beating Staples HS in the Premier Shield.
