GRR: Life University
After barely escaping Davenport, Life University hosts Lindenwood in their second of four Mid-South DIA games.

Life University escaped an intense battle with Davenport University Saturday, kicking a penalty goal with no time left to win the opening match in the Mid-South Conference 28-25.
It’s the opening of the small but intense DIA Mid-South Conference, and a clash between Goff Rugby Report’s #1 team, Life University, and the #7 squad, Davenport.

South Independent leader Life University had cruised through its first two matrix matches and was looking toward Central Florida, the region’s traditional powerhouse, to provide some resistance in week three. UCF then dropped a 41-17 game to Georgia Tech on Feb. 15, but there was a cushion of forgiveness since that loss occurred on the second day of a double-header weekend.
Life University has recorded another intimidating win in the South Independent DI women’s conference. After opening up its first-ever matrix season with a 90-0 win against Florida State last weekend, the Running Eagles trampled Tennessee 122-0 on Saturday.
