EASTON, Mass. -The Norwich University men's rugby team won its second straight conference 7s championship to punch its ticket to the USA Rugby 7s National Championship at Infinity Park in Glendale, Colorado for the second straight year. The tournament will take place the weekend of May 19th and 20th.
