West Coast 7s Pools, Schedule Set
The West Coast 7s has confirmed its pools and schedule for the tournament to be held October 19-20 on Treasure Island in San Francisco.
The event is one of the bigger men's college sevens tournaments of the fall. Last year, Cal won the tournament over UCLA, while Arizona finished 3rd after almost beating Cal in the semis.

Men's All Americans Selected For RugbyTown 7s
GLENDALE, CO. - The Men’s Collegiate All-American Sevens have named their full squad for the 2019 RugbyTown Sevens taking place in Glendale, CO from August 23-25.
WWU, WSU Lead In NCRC 7s
Western Washington and Washington State lead the field after Day One of the Men’s NCRC 7s in Pullman, WA.
WWU went 3-0, defeating Washington 43-7, Eastern Washington 19-12, Oregon 42-0. In the seller Pool B, WSU needed just two victories, but both of them were close. The Cougars beat Boise State 12-5 and Oregon State 24-19 to win the group.
Southern 7s Series Finishes This Weekend
The Southern Rugby Conference finished up its 7s series this Saturday at UNC-Charlotte.
Charlotte is the top-seeded team, with Furman heading up Pool B in a tight competition. Those two are favored, but Wake Forest and Appalachian State are looking to surprise.
The winner will go on to the national men's D2 college 7s championships in Tucson, Arizona May 24-26.
