All-Time American List: Clarence Culpepper

Clarence Culpepper played rugby for Philadelphia and (for longer) Roanoke during his career through the 1970s and 1980s.

Known as a mobile and tenacious openside flanker who covered a lot of ground, Culpepper was also a superb leader and captain.
