US Women's collegiate historical 15s champions.

This list includes teams that won the USA Rugby championships, and the other major championships as the game has splintered off—NIRA, D1 Elite, NCR.

D1 Elite held its final championship in the 2024-25 season. With Lindenwood moving to the NCAA varsity league, NIRA, and Central Washington losing its varsity funding, there are not enough teams for a D1 Elite. So the other D1 Elite teams, Penn State, BYU, and Life University, will move to CRAA's D1.
