The Tropical 7s kicks off Friday at the Tampa Sportsplex in Florida, with over 200 teams in action in 14 brackets.
And while there are robust Elite brackets for boys and girls, it's interesting to note that the biggest brackets are Girls U18 Open (32 teams) and Boys U18 Open (30 teams).
In the Elite brackets, Rebel Rugby, Panther, Atlantis, and EIRA from the USA lead the pack among the Boys, but Oakville out of Canada and Future Elite Sports out of UK should be watched, too.
For the Girls Elite, there's a heavy Canadian contingent to take on Majestics, Atlantis, and Midwest Thunderbirds, among others.
In the Open bracket, remember the tournament itself has run an academy this week for players who aren't attached to a specific team. These Tropical Rugby Academy sides will be in the Boys U18 Open and Girls U18 Open as the players have been in a residency academy during this week.
There are also U23 and Men's and Women's brackets. Rugby West Indies fields two teams in the adult divisions. Here's the list of teams:
