The D1A Midwest Rugby Conference has announced its 2025–26 All-Conference selections and annual award winners, recognizing the top performers across the league for their excellence, consistency, and impact throughout the season. 

Awards were voted by coaches and stats tallied through each team's six conference games.

First Team All-Conference

The First Team All-Conference selections represent the premier performers at each position across the Midwest:
