Some key changes in who is in what division influence our rankings.

The Lonestar Conference is DIAA now, so their two best teams do move into the Top 40. That decision is bolstered by some independent observations that tell us these teams are solid, and would give some teams outside of the conference a bit of a run.

Also moving into DIAA? Finally, Iowa Central CC has been told it's a DIAA team, so, yeah, fine, in they go.

But where? Well since the Tritons split games with Lindenwood-Belleville, we're going to start by having them share a ranking with the Lynx. The playoffs (for one or both) will tell us what to do after that.

Oregon beat Oregon State and jumps into the Top 20.

The Chesapeake remains very tight, and with Salisbury tying two teams, we end up clustering those teams in the 20s.

And Tennessee could have moved into the Top 10, but Iowa Central jumped ahead. Unfair? Maybe. Tennessee is poised, however.
