Not too many of the higher-ranked teams were in action this past weekend, but other ranked teams were.

Nebraska lost big to Iowa, the Florida team are now in action and Florida beat South Florida, and Princeton lost.

So we see Nebraska and Princeton drop out and Iowa and Delaware come in. The Florida teams are indeed playing, but it's preseason, so while we will move them around, the league season matters more. 

Speaking of league seasons, what's going on in the SCRC? Tennessee beats South Carolina 33-27, Clemson beats Tennessee by a point, and then South Carolina beats Clemson by a point. Whew ... that's a lot of close games. We decided to cluster all of those teams together and put Tennessee at the top thanks to the better overall points difference. There are still plenty of intriguing games left in that league so they should sort it out.

Kansas, WMU, and Minnesota get jumps because we looked at what they've been doing overall and think they deserve it.
