The USA Men's 15s program has posted an opening for an attack coach.

That posting is accompanied by another one for a nutritionist, is probably a reflection on what funding levels are expected from World Rugby now that the Eagles have qualified for the 2027 Rugby World Cup.

In addition, the USA team has signed on an as-yes-unnamed planning advisor, a longtime coach who has experience preparing for multiple World Cups.

"We'll have a number of tech advisors that will be with us through the campaign," said Lawrence. "We've picked up, a world-class coach who's been to three World Cups as a planning advisor, which will help us prepare for that."

Lawrence added that the team's staff will certainly expand as the World Cup preparation progresses.

"The staff will certainly grow," said Lawrence. "We're doing a comprehensive review of the entire staff going into the World Cup planning cycle. So, my expectation is, is by the early part of next year, that any changes and additions that we need to make will be in place for the full run-up."

The USA program is looking to hire a part-time nutritionist to support the 15s program by providing expert nutritional guidance to players and staff. See the job description and apply here>>

And the team is also looking for an attack coach. This position is part-time, but one of those jobs where you're full-time when you're on the job, but the team won't always be together.

Lawrence has said that, with the reduced length of the Major League Rugby season, the Eagles players will assemble more frequently in 2026.
