Doylestown continued their clear control of the Rugby Pennsylvania with an impressive victory over St. Joe's Prep Sunday.

The first 20 minutes of this game was pretty evenly-matched, with both sides embracing the hard-hitting and both challenging for possession in the middle section of the field.

St. Joe's was able to maintain possession for multiple phases, but Doylestown's defense held, for the most part.

As Doylestown's hard runners kept coming they were able to test the St. Joe's defense over time, and they took a 21-5 lead into halftime.

As the game progressed Doylestown found more space and that, combined with some adjustments at the break, allowed them to run in some tries.

Fullback Aaron Kelly scored three tries while Jackson Reilly added two, along with one conversion. Jamie Weir converted the rest while Alex Stukis, Hunter Pulford, Cross Cervellero, and Chris Imperato all touched down for Doylestown.

Kelly was named player of the game.

With this win, Doylestown leads the league after Round 4. Only Gregory the Great has come close to Doylestown as they bring experience, athleticism, and some smart playmakers to create an impressive combination.

La Salle College HS is, like GGA, no at 2-1, but Doylestown seems to be far ahead of everyone now.
