BYU is in control in the Rocky Mountain, Kutztown has won the Rugby East, and the top two in the Big Ten are set, so most of this about about bragging rights, rivalries, or intriguing non-conference games (Navy vs Lindenwood, Kutztown vs Notre Dame, or Colorado vs CSU).
