We have changed our D1 (D1AA) and D1A rankings. This is basically down to where we include the Liberty teams.
We had decided to separate the CRAA teams from the others, but with Rugby East having most (but not all) teams being members of NCR and CRAA, the line is blurred a little. Liberty teams bill themselves as D1A or D1 NCR (which differentiates from D1AA), so the thing is, we took a look at it and decided that we'll rank Liberty with the CRAA D1A teams.

So this cuts down our D1 rankings to 45 teams (at the moment). Bowling Green bumps to #1 with Iowa Central dropping down two spots. Mary Washington moves up despite a loss because it was a two-point loss to Penn State. Notre Dame moves up after looking solid in a couple of wins and Iowa State and Kansas move up.
Georgia's win over South Carolina is an early head-turner.
