We took last week off so we've got two weeks of results for this ranking.
Our biggest move is that USF has run into some mid-season issues and their timing is terrible because they lost big to the two strongest teams in the Florida Conference. There's a good chance that USF rebounds in March.
However, the Bulls move down. Fresno State hung in there against ARC and beat Nevada, so they come into the Top 20. Loyola lost to Southern Cal by two points and we'll wait a bit on that. Everyone is chasing Arizona State in the California Southwest, and we're not sure who is next.
Arizona State? They could win it all.
