Central Washington Men's Rugby Seeks Head Coach

The expected commitment is approximately five to 10 hours per week during the season. This is a volunteer position, but approved travel expenses for away matches will be reimbursed.

Because the position is unpaid, it is best suited for someone who already lives or works in Washington or has the flexibility and financial stability to relocate to Ellensburg. Ellensburg is a close-knit college community of approximately 20,000 residents.

CWU Rugby is seeking a dependable coach with strong communication and leadership skills who is committed to the program’s long-term success. Previous rugby coaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with substantial playing experience and an interest in developing college athletes are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants will be expected to start as soon as possible.
