Bowling Green moved to 3-0 in the MAC with a convincing 73-5 win over Dayton University.
Western Michigan, after losing last week to BGSU, bounced back with a 65-33 defeat of Ohio. The broncos were led by No. 8 and captain Will McNamara, and outside backs Luke Sutherland and Garen Leland.
And in a bit of a weird one, IUPUI edged Pitt 15-12. Yes, Pitt hasn't won a game in the conference, but they have battled in every game.
For IUPUI, Joey Sturgill was monstrous, busting some line breaks and getting his team going forward. Calvin Dolo scored a try and was also difficult to handle on offense.
The IUPUI scrum has been excellent all season, and that was the case on Saturday.
