Men D1A-Level Rankings Week 5

The rankings for the D1A teams and the teams in NCR who used to be D1A changed a little bit this week.

We unveiled these Power Ratings powered by Silverbacks Elite Rugby lst week and they're back for this week, Week 4 of competition.

This week was a huge week for the Men's D2 rankings, with several non-ranked or lower-ranked teams beating those ranked higher.

We have changed this ranking's name to D1A-Level (see explanation in this Twitter thread), but it's basically the teams that were in D1A in 2019.
