The Florida Collegiate Rugby Conference (FCRC) is a league for men's college rugby teams in Florida, with North and South divisions for the 2025-26 season. Teams compete in a regular season before a playoff and state final in April. Universities such as Florida State, UCF, and the University of Florida are part of the conference, which has a partnership with the Florida Rugby Union and operates under the umbrella of National Collegiate Rugby (NCR).

Florida’s new U23 men’s league is underway, as the FRU tries to push a way for college-aged players to get some rugby in even if their colleges aren’t allowing on-campus play.

So far the system is working. Clubs in college towns are creating mixture rosters of college players along with younger club players with Naples and Palm Beach both starting well.
