Atlantic Rugby Conference (ARC)

The Atlantic Rugby Conference was formed after teams that pursue an NCR postseason that played in the Rugby East decided to split away. Those teams added Wheeling University to make a six-team conference, with five going to the NCR playoffs.

In NCR's five years of existence as an organization that covers more than small-college teams, teams now in the ARC have won the NCR D1 twice, and another time the winning program was largely shifted in its entirety to Walsh University.
