Winona State Women Looking For New Head Coach

The Winona State women's rugby program n Minnesota is looking for a new head coach.

The program won the USA Rugby Women's D2 fall championship in 2017 and continues to be one of the strongest teams in the Midwest, if not the country, having finished 2nd in the fall championship four times since 2011.

LITTLE ROCK, AR. - Women’s Collegiate All-American 7s Head Coach Dave Clancy has named his full squad for the 2019 National Development Invitational Tournament hosted by ARPTC in Little Rock, AR. The competition takes place August 17-18, featuring eight academy and invitational sides.

Ref, AR, TJ Program With NIRA Still Open For Aspiring Officials

The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association, the league of varsity women's college rugby programs, is working with Major League Rugby to develop referees, and the program also needs assistant referees and touch judges.

 The program is looking for young and up-and-coming rugby officials to work as ARs and Touch Judges to work the games officiated by MLR refs.

Kelly Griffin New Head Coach For UCSB

The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos women's team has announced that capped Eagle Kelly Griffin will be the team's new head coach for the 2019-2020 season.

Griffin replaces Zac Winter, who will be starting his career as an elementary school teacher this fall. The Gauchos program issued a public thank-you to Winter for leading the team to two straight national playoff appearances.
