Eagles great Phil Eloff talks with US Rugby Foundation President Brian Vizard about his stories career.

Eloff played for the Chicago Lions and the USA, being one of the Eagles greatest ever center threequarters. He was capped 35 times and played in the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cup tournaments. He coached with the Chicago Lions, Davenport University, and the Collegiate All Americans.

Vizard and Eloff talk about how he got started, his teammates and favorite memories, and playing in the Rugby World Cup.
