The Woodlands defeated Strake Jesuit 63-12 Thursday evening in Rugby Texas league play to move to 3-0.

It was a solid game for the #4-ranked HS club. The Woodlands ran out to a 35-0 lead at halftime.

HS All American and Cal commit Tom Dixon started at No. 8 and scored five tries. 

"Strake is a very well-coached side and will do well this year moving into Division I," said Woodlands Head Coach Frank Rizzo. 

Also 3-0 is Cy Fair and those two teams lead the Rugby Texas South. Allen leads the North.

Next up for Woodlands is the Kansas City Junior Blues. KC will play Woodlands and Katy in Dallas in a quick weekend tour.
