Westshore rugby beat Perry over the weekend in Ohio, and in their six games so far—league wins vs Brunswick, Shaker, and Perry, plus three wins at the North Coast Festival—they have yet to give up a point.
The club, which came out of the Avon Lake team, but now includes players from now-defunct clubs, was winless two years ago, but has come along nicely over the last two seasons.
It seems like every game a different provides an important performance. Caleb Smith, Nate Bruwer, Gavin Schill, Josh Disanto, Mo Abdulqader, Jake Calo, Ethan Schilens, Ambrose Beach, Liam Labianca, Noah Fox, Brady Holub, and Kane Sparks have all made their mark so far.
