There is so much rugby still to be played, it's right to move some of the SoCal teams further up, given how SoCal teams perform on the club level nationally.
But key will be that SoCal-NorCal Single-School clash, and a rumored additional game between Jesuit and St. Augustine in March. Those games will tell us where the SoCal teams deserve to stay.
And we bring in the Capitals from Broughton HS in North Carolina and move Providence up.
