The USA U20s face off against Scotland Wednesday afternoon in the World Rugby U20 Trophy and Head Coach Neethling Gericke had one work for his players.
Trust.
"Trust the gameplan, trust your process, play for each other, and enjoy the last right together." That's what Gericke told his players yesterday.
Clearly Scotland, which scored 270 points in their three pool matches, are favored. But you still have to play the game.
"It's going to be a tough battle, but the boys are for the challenge," added Gericke. "We have prepared the best that we can."
Key for the USA will be to play a full game, something they don't feel they have done so far. They will need to get points in early chances, and they will need to keep their shoulder to the wheel the entire game.
