The USA U20s have named their lineup to face Argentina U20s Saturday in Tibilisi, Georgia.

The game will kick off at 5AM Eastern Time and will be live on Paramount+.

Former San Diego Mustangs standout Spencer Huntley, who has been on the team since he was 17 and needed a waiver to play, will captain the squad from scrumhalf.

"The biggest for us is that we’ve put a lot of hard work, time and energy into preparing for this tournament," Huntley said earlier this week. "We have spent multiple months together training and played a pre-tournament game against Georgia for a bit of experimental stuff.

"We’re just very blessed to be able to come back and play this tournament again. We’re looking to put our foot down and have a good campaign."

It's a tough road for the USA, with Argentina, England, and Ireland on the slate over the next 12 days.

"It’s huge, not only for us but the people back home. It’s an amazing opportunity to be back here again and a big key for us is to compete and not just participate in this tournament," said Huntely. "What can people expect from us? A lot of athletes. America is quite known for that, whether it’s in other sports or rugby itself. It’s a very athletic game, and I think also the USA story of being an underdog is a big thing for us and it shows in this tournament as well. So for us it’s about taking pride in that and showing it on the field."

It's worth noting the alumni of the US Rugby Foundation's Nelson College scholarship program in this lineup—Oliver Kirk and JW Sarkess are in the gameday 23.

And in addition, it's notable what players have developed their rugby through the Boys HS National Championships. That would include Lyndon Bailey, Tyler Trower, vice captain Jayden Williams, Huntley, and Declan Cadden.

Williams, who played his high school rugby at St. Edward in Cleveland, Ohio and now is at Ohio State, is a strong pick for vice captain playing as he is in a forward pack full of leaders and experienced players. This is including two players in professional setups, two players on very high-profile D1A teams, and players with overseas experience.
