USA Olympic star Spiff Sedrick may be in injury rehab but that doesn't mean she's exuded from being part of Sunday's PR7s All-Star Tournament.
The player who ran the length of the field in Paris to secure a Bronze Medal for the USA will be a sideline reporter and in-booth announcer for the All-Star event and this week she's been doing media interviews all around Portland.
"I guess I m an expert now," Sedrick joked, referring to how many y interviews she has given since that historic try.
But she also doesn't forget that it was playing in PR7s that helped vault her into a bigger role on the USA team.
For the current USA residency players facing PR7s All-Stars that kind of proving ground will be crucial, too.
"This year particularly there's a ton of value for the players in this tournament," Sedrick told GRR.
