Updated Fall Cancellations For College Conferences
Most college conferences that normally compete in 15s in the fall have announced that they will suspend their seasons.
The Big Ten and Liberty conferences haven't officially-officially made that announcement, but we're fairly confident that they will.
The conferences that have not announced their status are generally smaller-division groups that are in more southern states, where COVID lockdowns are a bit more of a question. Most of these conferences are also populated by student-run teams.
It is possible we'll see some 15s this fall with the Services Academies (including the Merchant Marine Academy and US Coast Guard Academy) have a tentative green light to at least train. We might see one or two other teams play a few games. But that is probably it.
