Trine University is seeking a new Men's Head Rugby Coach now that Danny Breda has moved on to another coaching job.

Based in Angola, Ind., Trine Rugby competes as an independent team within CRAA's D1AA division. The Thunder rugby program is school-supported and reports to the Athletic Department.

The University is looking to make a fairly quick decision, and potentially hiring someone before the Christmas break.

The Head Coach for the Rugby Coach is a full-time position, with salary and benefits competitive for the position.

The successful candidate will:

Manage all day-to-day related activities
Oversee Athletes Practice 
Plan film breakdown 
Set up Community Service Activities 
Set athletic performance plan 
Oversee athlete's academic performance 
Assist with team discipline as needed 
Perform additional duties assigned by AD 
Lead all day-to-day recruiting activities 
Set recruiting strategy and plan Identify and recruit quality student athletes
