The Southern Rugby Conference has set its schedule for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Several collegiate conferences are starting to confirm their seasons and that's good news for college rugby in America as we may well see something very close to a normal season.

The Southern Conference will be split into two tiers, with the Premier tier competing in National Collegiate Rugby's D2 competition, and the Challenge tier competing in the NCR's Small College competition.

Ten teams are in the Premier tier, with newly-formed varsity program Belmont Abbey among them. The division will be split into West and East, with each team playing the outher four once before crossing over for playoffs. The Challenge tier was to have eight teams but Duke will not be playing 15s this fall, so it's a competition of seven teams.
