Old Glory DC has teased a major signing, and Goff Rugby Report understands it's actually a really, really major signing.

Several teams in Major League Rugby have been trying to sign on high-profile players from around the world, and it seems that Old Glory, which starts its MLR tenure in 2020, has inked one of this year's biggest stars.
